See Report 01-062 12/28/00	Squirting Fish from Bath Toys Sold Feb. 99 - Dec. 2000 Sassy Inc. Kentwood, Mich.	The fish's size, texture, shape and easy compressibility make it possible for an infant to compress the toy and place it in their mouth. If the toy reaches the back of the mouth and expands, it may block the child's airway.	Consumers should immediately take these squirting fish away from young children and throw them away. See Report 01-059 12/20/00	Super Speeder II Scooters Sold Aug. - Dec. 2000 Excite Ltd. Hong Kong	The front of the folding mechanism, where the steering column meets the base of the scooter, can create a pinch-point. Fingers can be injured while folding or unfolding the scooter. Excite has received nine reports of injuries including one partially amputated fingertip and eight lacerations, one of which required eight stitches.	Consumers should stop using these Excite scooters immediately and contact Excite to receive a free cap that will cover the front of the folding mechanism. The lock mechanisms, found on both sides of the stroller, can break and create a pinch-point hazard. Young children can be injured when their fingers, arms or hands are pinched between parts of the locking mechanism. See Report 01-053a 12/13/00	Stuffed Snowman & Reindeer Toys Sold Aug. - Oct. 2000 Pier 1 Imports Fort Worth, Texas	The snowman is about 10-inches high with a black hat, red scarf and an orange nose. The reindeer is brown, about 8-inches high with a red scarf and a set of fabric-covered antlers. The toys have small parts, which could come loose, posing a possible chocking hazard to young children.	Consumers should take these toys away from young children immediately. Small springs inside these toys can break loose, posing a chocking and laceration hazard to young children. See Report 01-049 12/7/00	Kickin' Mini-Scooters Kent International Parsippany, N.J. Racer X20 Scooter Kash 'N Gold Ltd. Ronkonkoma, N.Y. Both Sold May - Sept. 2000	Kent has scooters where the handle can unexpectedly come out of the steering column if the clamp holding them is not tight, causing the rider to lose control, fall and possibly suffer injuries. Kash 'N Gold is recalling scooters because the plastic joint between the handlebars can break, causing the rider to lose control, fall and possibly suffer injuries. The screws that connect the mobile's arm assembly and crib clamp can become loose if overtightened. The arms can detach and fall into the crib, injuring the baby inside. The chains can break while children are swinging and cause the swing seat and child to fall to the ground injuring the child. One of the toys, a car, can break during use resulting in a small plastic part that poses a chocking hazard. The toy's brightly colored end knobs can detach and allow small, geometri-shaped pieces to come loose, posing a chocking hazard to infants and young children. The vehicles battery charges and wires can overheat, presenting fire and injury hazards to children. Two consumers burned their hands while unplugging or charging the vehicles.	Consumers should stop using these vehicles immediately and contact Tek Nek at 877-446-7719 between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. CT Monday through Friday to receive a free, new charger. Consumers should not charge or let children use these vehicle until the new charger has been received.

Sold under names: Go-Kart, Beach Splash, Sun Dream, Trail Tracker, Rescue Patrol, and Chevy Z-71 Pich-Up Truck. The vehicles battery charges can overheat, presenting fire and injury hazards to children. About 100 reports of overheating, melting or burning have been received.	Consumers should stop using these vehicles immediately and contact Empire at 800-872-1869 between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. ET Monday through Friday to receive a free, new charger adapter with an overcurrent fuse. Consumers should not charge or let children use these vehicle until the new adapter with fuse is installed.

The "Power Wheels Harley-Davidson" motorcycle ride-ons have foot pedals, which activate the ride-on, can stick in the "on" position. Children can be injured when the motorcycle fails to stop.	Consumers should stop using these motorcycles immediately, and call Fisher-Price to determine if your vehicle is part of this recall. The bottom of the container can fit over a child's nose and mouth, which could pose a suffocation hazard to children under 3 years of age. The "Lift & Lock Swing" has a plastic "T" shaped restraint shield to hold children in the seat. Children can maneuver out of the restraint and fall. When children lean forward on the "Get Up & Go Walkers" the front of the toys can tip them over and cause them to fall.	Consumers should stop using either of these products immediately. Infants can become entrapped in an opening between the bassinet's side and mattress platform and suffocate. Additionally, fabric can separate from the metal frame. Infants can be injured when they scrape against or become caught in the frame. A 3-month-old boy died when he suffocated after becoming trapped between the bassinet's side and platform. Kmart has received one report of the glass lens shattering. No injuries have been reported. Babies can lose their lower teeth when the teeth are caught in parts of the three-spoke wheels. Also, on some of these walkers, the telephone could break apart, releasing small parts and posing a choking hazard. Six babies have lost lower front teeth. One 6-month-old gagged on a telephone button from a phone that came apart. The metal clip and the small rivet that attaches the clip to a small, stuffed animal on the pacifier holder can break apart easily, exposing babies to small parts. CPSC has received one report of a 5-month-old girl in El Paso, Texas, choking to death after one of the small balls attached to the toy lodged in her throat.CPSC also received reports of two children starting to choke on a ball from this toy.	Parents and caregivers should take these toys away from young children immediately. Consumers should send the toy back to the firm to receive another toy of similar value. The spring that suspends the jumper seat from the doorway can break. Babies can fall to the ground and suffer serious injuries. 80 springs have been reported to break, injuring 20 babies.	Consumers should stop using the jumpers immediately. Fisher-Price will provide a free repair kit with a new suspension strap to support the jumper seat if the spring breaks. The doll bib in the set has snaps that detach, presenting a chocking hazard to young children. See Report 00-121 6/8/00	Playtex Pacifier Sold before June 2000 Playtex Products Inc. Westport, Conn.	Only Classic Patterns "Cherubs" and Soft Comfort latex pacifiers are being recalled. Because the latex is aging faster than normal, the nipple can detach from the shield, presenting a chocking hazard for babies. The clear bags reads "Australia" in multicolored lettering, and has an illustration of a koala bear face. The picnic set includes four blue cups; four light blue bowls; four purple plates, ect. The paint on the bag contains high levels of lead that violates the U.S. Consumer Products Safety Act. Kid II has received 122 reports of the toy bars suddenly releasing, resulting in 31 injures to, babies.	Consumers should remove the semi-circular toy bars immediately and contact Kids II for an in-home repair kit.
