Tempe Police have identified the man who drowned in his aunt's pool Wednesday as Ivan Brewster, 32.

Brewster was found floating in the pool at 4:20 a.m. at the residence on the 5100 block of South Fairfield Drive, near Baseline and Price roads.

There were no signs of foul play, but the case is under investigation, said Brandon Banks, a Tempe police spokesperson.
