Swift Office Solutions Returns Policy and Procedures
Please observe
the following returns policy and procedures:
- Swift Office Solutions (SOS) returns
department must issue an RMA number before products can be
returned. RMA's must be requested within 15 calendar days of reciept of product.
RMAs are valid only within 10 calendar days of issuance.
Returns must be received by Swift Office Solutions before
the expiration date on the RMA label. RMA numbers cannot be
extended or re-issued.
Note: RMAs are an authorization
for return of product only. It does not imply credit. Returns
are subject to inspection. Credit will be authorized based
on the results of that inspection. Product received without
an RMA will not be credited to the customer.
- Please contact your
sales representative with your name, account number, invoice
number, item number, product description and reason for return.
- Do not
write or attach labels on outside of the manufacturer's boxes.
All product must be returned in the original cartons
with all original pieces, packing materials, manuals, and
cables, etc. Failure to do so will result in rejection of
the return or an additional restocking fee. Products must
be in a re-saleable condition to receive credit. Package all
returns to prevent damage in transit. Customer is responsible
for shipping charges and risk of loss on all return shipments.
SOS highly recommends using a reputable shipping carrier capable
of providing proof of delivery (Ex. FedEx, UPS or DHL), as well as properly packing
and fully insuring your return shipment. Return freight charges
for SOS errors will be reimbursed for ground only. Please
do not return products to SOS by Air.
- All
products returned to SOS may be subject to a restocking charge
of up to 20%, plus freight. Product returned as defective will be tested;
if not defective, subject to a restocking charge of up to
20%, plus freight.
- Defective
software is returnable within 15 days of invoice date for
exchange for the same software. Open, non-defective software
may not be returned. Multiple software licenses (MLP'S, MOLP's,
MSOL's, etc.) cannot be returned for exchange, refund or credit
unless authorized by the manufacturer.
