On line Registration
To complete your order, you must register as either an Individual
Buyer or as part of a Buying Group. First orders must be a minimum of $50.00
If you are the sole person that will place orders for your company,
register as an Individual Buyer.
If there is more than one person that will be submitting requisitions/orders
for your company, register as a Buying Group. .
Each person within the Buying Group can be assigned one of three
levels of authority:
- Requisitioner: Submits
requisitions for products, which will be approved, or modified
by a Senior Buyer.
- Junior Buyer: Is able
to purchase products up to a set monthly or per order limit.
Orders exceeding those limits will be forwarded to a Senior
Buyer for approval or modification.
- Senior Buyer: Full authorization
to order products. Reviews requisitions from subordinate buyers.
(Requisitioners and Junior Buyers) One Senior Buyer will be
able to add/delete employees profiles.

An Individual Buyer receives

Buying
Group
In addition to all the
features of an Individual Buyer, Buying Groups receive:
- Each Buyers Profile is Customizable
(ie, allows or
disallows AR Records)
- Multiple Levels of Authority
- Company wide Requisition System
- Auto Emails advising of pending orders
- Auto Emails on approval or modification or requisition
- Personal & corporate Shopping Lists
- Customized Pricing & Site
